Bragi beta use terms

Effective 2026-10-27

Bragi is a beta service operated by Skald and Stone LLC. Questions can be sent to james@skaldandstone.com.

Workspace administrators must be authorized to install Bragi for their organization. Each member must authorize the provider accounts used for source connections. Organizations remain responsible for their source permissions, selected search locations, workspace retention rules and permitted use of retrieved information.

The standalone beta provides private source excerpts and citations in Slack. Availability and functionality can change during testing. Source consent does not enable permission grants, Jira writes or AI billing. These require separate feature configuration and applicable authorization. Installation does not create a paid subscription.

Bragi follows the connecting member's provider access. It cannot supply information that the member is not permitted to retrieve. Answers and excerpts should be checked against the linked source before consequential decisions. Bragi must not be used to bypass access controls or disclose information to unauthorized recipients.

Members can disconnect their source connections. Workspace administrators can remove the Slack installation. The privacy notice explains the resulting local data removal and the separate provider-account revocation controls.

Additional commercial, support or service-level commitments are outside these beta terms.
